The Customer Service Representative job in Bangor, Maine is responsible for assisting with incoming calls, as well as distributing calls to the respective departments. You'll have a solid understanding of how to respond to ticket requests, resolving customer log in issues, as well as handling agent appointment requests. This is a full time position that is Monday-Friday.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Strong computer literacy
- Comfortable using MS Office
- Should be familiar with business operations at a corporate level
- Ability to communicate effectively written and verbal
- Strong computer skills
- Positive attitude in the workplace
- Strong attention to detail
Required Skills: - 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years office experience
Customer Service Representative Details: - Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm
- Pay Rate: $18/hr
- Start Date: ASAP
