WHAT YOULL DO:
+ Responsible for a variety of important network tasks within DCT. and works closely with the Network Engineer team in designing, implementing, and monitoring secure networks to meet the needs of the company. ?
+ Assumes responsibility for assigned office location(s)?
+ Designs and deploys networks for new offices ?
+ Installs, configures, and maintains switches, routers, firewalls, Wireless controllers and wireless Access Points ?
+ Implements traffic filtering using standard and extended access-lists ?
+ Upgrades IOS on Cisco equipment ?
+ Configures and troubleshoots Site-to-Site VPN tunnels ?
+ Creates and maintains up-to-date network topology diagrams ?
+ Performs network monitoring and analysis ?
+ Performs network address assignments ?
+ Troubleshoots network outages and other network issues ?
+ Provides helpdesk support for network issues and responds to requests for IT support ?
+ Maintains the inventory of equipment, software, and licenses ?
+ Serves as a mentor for junior team members?
+ Special Work Hours: May be required to work off hours on occasions ?WHAT YOUVE DONE:
+ Bachelors degree ?
+ **Min of 5** **yrs** of professional experience, preferably in a similar role ?
+ Experience working in network administration role ?
+ Experience with local area network and wide area network administration ?
+ Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching ?
+ Experience with cloud/hybrid cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, etc.) is preferred ?
+ Experience with Cisco Unity Call Managers (CUCM) is a plus ?
+ Familiar with Cisco ASA and Palo Alto firewalls is preferred ?
+ Ability to troubleshoot technology issues ?
+ Strong problem solving & escalation management skills ?
