-Position: Insurance Agent (1099 Commission-Based)
-Location: Remote/Field-Based across the USA and Canada

Fees and Requirements:
There are fees associated with this position. Details can be found on our website (links below), including costs for licensing, liability insurance, state and platform fees. The total starting cost is $125, plus additional expenses if seeking licensure, around $1,175 in the first year assuming highest costs. These fees are typical amongst contract-based insurance agents regardless of company.
Provider Appointments and Software, Company Approved Marketing Materials, Exclusive Provider Training, Access to Workshops, Product Trainings, Webinars, Personal Agent Website are included with the associated fees.
For Perspective: An Insurance Agent wanting to start their own business can expect to pay out of pocket $5,000 to $50,000. WFG has everything set in place. You just need to run the system. In other words, WFG is the Bugatti. You are the driver.
*We do not have paid lead generation services (i.e. facebook ads), most business here are built on a referral basis through field training, personal prospecting, trainer assisted prospecting, social media networking, as well as community campaigns.*
Responsibilities:
- Complete field training to assist with lead generation, networking, and referrals to build your business and increase your cash flow.
- Complete mandatory annual trainings upon licensure.
- Conduct financial needs analyses for clients.
- Educate clients on insurance products and financial concepts.
- Customize solutions based on individual circumstances.
- Assist with applications and policy servicing.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Open-minded and a willingness to learn
- Valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
