Consumer Affairs Fulfillment Associate - Part time
Land O'Lakes is seeking to fill a Consumer Relations Fulfillment Associate role with a person who has a customer service mindset and high levels of empathy, patience and professionalism. A passion for baking and/or cooking is a bonus.
This part-time role (2 days /16 hours/week) handles two main responsibilities.
* Assist Consumer Affairs staff by accurately processing the fulfillment of letters and inserts to consumers and tracking/replacing inventory of fulfillment supplies.
* Handle consumer contacts via phone, email etc.
This is a Hybrid schedule with either Tuesday or Wednesday onsite in the Arden Hills office and virtual on Thursday or Friday.
Experience Required
* A minimum of 1-3 years' work experience in customer relations.
* Proficient computer skills required (e.g., Outlook, Word, customer relationships management software).
* Must be detail oriented, have excellent organizational skills, be accurate with work, and demonstrate ability to work with minimum supervision.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
