Job Summary
Department: Corporate Accounting / Franchise Accounting - Part Time
Handles expense reporting in Navan and assists employees in providing expense reimbursement in a timely manner. Assists with all aspects of Accounts Payable in U.S. and Canadian Environments. Includes coding of invoices and input of data. Works with confidential information. Process electronic funds transfers and the printing of checks. Maintain accurate records and backup documentation.
Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Accounts Payable Clerk is to provide quality accounting services to all departments, internal and external. The Accounts Payable Clerk works as part of the team to ensure that these goals are met.
Education:
Accounting / Finance degree or strong accounting background.
Experience:
Overall basics of accounting and business experience.
Knowledge:
Microsoft Word and Excel Copy Machine Fax Machine
Accounting Scanned Image Software
Skill:
Oral and Written Communications 10-key by touch Familiarity with PC's
Customer Service Highly Organized Basic Math Aptitude
