Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy:
Craft and execute impactful email strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
Collaborate with the team to define target audiences and segment lists effectively.
Content Creation:
Develop engaging and relevant email content, from copy to multimedia elements.
Optimize templates for diverse devices and email clients.
List Management:
Skillfully manage and segment email lists for targeted campaigns.
Ensure list hygiene, monitoring opt-ins, opt-outs, and unsubscribes.
Campaign Execution:
Build and schedule email campaigns using cutting-edge marketing software.
Ensure timely delivery and troubleshoot technical hiccups.
A/B Testing:
Conduct A/B tests to enhance email performance.
Implement results to refine campaign effectiveness.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key metrics for actionable insights.
Generate reports to drive continuous improvement.
Compliance:
Ensure campaigns comply with relevant laws (CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR).
Manage opt-out requests and maintain compliance records.
Automation:
Implement automation workflows for seamless campaigns.
Campaign Optimization:
Continuously refine campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Stay updated on industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
Direct experience ion Affiliate or Performance marketing space is a MUST!
Proven expertise in email marketing and campaign management.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms and automation tools.
Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Knowledge of email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR).
Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing multiple campaigns.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
