Customer Service Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador of our company, providing exceptional service to our valued customers. This role entails handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is essential to ensure seamless interactions with our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide proactive assistance.
  • Providing product information, technical support, and troubleshooting guidance to customers.
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in our system.
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintaining thorough and up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software or similar systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order processing.
