Award-Winning, 25-year-old Plaintiff's Personal Injury & Workers Compensation Law firm with long term employees is searching for a talented Legal Assistant/Paralegal with third-party injury and workers compensation experience to join their growing team.

About Firm

Focused in representing clients in catastrophic personal injury matters, wrongful death, construction negligence and accidents, aviation tragedies, medical malpractice incidents, premises liability, nursing home negligence and accidents, victims of burn injuries and workers' compensation matters, this well accomplished law firm has won millions of dollars on behalf of their clients.

About Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of paralegal and/or legal assistant experience working on plaintiff's personal injury and third-party injury cases.

In this role you will be responsible for: administrative support of partner and associate attorneys; scheduling depositions, drafting correspondence, communicating with clients, adjusters, opposing attorneys and medical office personnel. Preparation of legal documents, i.e., answers to discovery and motions, file maintenance, on-line court filing, bill reviews, negotiation of liens, medical record review, and trial preparation and more.

Requirements:
4+ years of legal experience with third-party injury, workers compensation and plaintiff's personal injury cases.

Paralegal certificate preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and case management experience.

Bilingual is a plus. Most importantly, the eagerness to learn and grow with our firm.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
