Job Details
Undertake production system surveys. Problem diagnoses and product compatibility testing.
Customer/Site visits to support sales force and enhance presence within existing accounts and to capture new customers to increase sales.
Chemical selection and application, preparation and presentation of technical recommendations to customers, and chemical selection validation
Perform paraffin dispersant/solvent/inhibitor testing as well as Emulsion breaker, FTIR, and Millipore testing
Be conversant about in-field petroleum production practices and perform field sampling/testing
Support the region in business development and maintenance of existing accounts
Support the technical requirements of region sales and management staff
Network with Technical Representatives within the Company and other areas for best practice skills and product knowledge sharing
Maintain clear communication with Client Managers, client and other business units for new product development opportunities and other pull-through services
Ability to effectively communicate company products to operations groups as well as potential and existing customers
Work with product managers and technical staff for product line maintenance and development
Maintain business relationships for future services
Coordinate with the appropriate department head and utilize the internal network for the preparation of technical proposals with the CTS team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred in Chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, forensic science. However it is not required.
2-3 years of related industry experience - Education will be considered for experience.
Ability to meet deadlines
