**Mainframe Operations Service Delivery Manager** Location **Fort Knox, KY** # of openings **1** Security Clearance **Secret** Iron Bow is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to support a large enterprise program serving the US Army Human Resources Command. This position will focus on keeping the customer satisfied with our service and ensure all our commitments are met.
The Service Delivery Manager for Mainframe Engineering and Enterprise Management Tools Services shall provide oversight of Contractor performance and service delivery relating to the Mainframe Engineering Services, and the Enterprise Management Tools Services service lines.
**Job Description:**
* Provide oversight of service delivery relating to Mainframe Engineering Services and Enterprise Management Tools
* Design and implement enterprise-level IT mainframe services
* Implement and design management systems to manage other enterprise-level technologies
**Minimum Qualifications:**
* BS + 5 years' of experience providing enterprise-level engineering and support to Mainframes, enterprise management tools and capabilities, and data center environments
* PMP certification or equivalent project Management certification
* Security+CE or equivalent IAT II certification required
* BMC Remedy certification preferred
* Some travel required for this role
* Secret Clearance required
* Regular, reliable attendance is required
