GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY
Responsible for all functions associated with material handling including shipping/receiving & Asset Control.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Assist in the daily warehouse operations and activities, including the receipt, documentation, and storage of inventory as well as the preparation and packing of shipment to external suppliers and clients.
* Enters shipping and receiving data into the warehouse management system.
* Maintains storage areas by organizing floor space, adhering to Client space requirements and maintains accurate records of received / Shipped goods.
* Retrieve data from computer as requested and perform other duties as assigned.
* Delivers items to appropriate departments in the office.
QUALIFICATION (EDUCATION, EXPERINCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
Minimum High School Diploma required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an aptitude to learn new software applications.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems quickly and effectively.
Experience and knowledge in shipping/receiving preferred.
