Merrimack Manufacturing LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to support our team by taking responsibility for customer relationships and order handling. This role will be part of the procurement team to support our company growth.

Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in person, or via phone or email, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders and returns efficiently.
  • Manage order status to ensure on time delivery to customer.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and other departments to ensure smooth communication regarding customer orders, on time delivery, and to quickly find resolutions to customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Log customer feedback in a timely manner.
  • Attend daily stand up meetings to provide product line specific delivery updates.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
