Job Description
- To establish and maintain relationships online to help proactively fill the talent pipeline
- Use multiple social media platforms to promote new jobs and communicate the positives of working for company
- Use messaging functionality to answer follower questions about working for, or applying to jobs
- Maintain Facebook page by writing/posting contents such as links, videos and pictures of workplace
- Manage Facebook ads for specific job postings
- Write content for company sites to promote engagement
- Source candidates through other companies social media pages
- Content creation and scheduling
- Manage comments on social media content
- Research other trucking related groups to be an active member to recruit candidates or stay up-to-date with current trends in the industry
- Follow competitor social media pages and engage with drivers on their content
- Be able to work multiple platforms
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Social platforms such as, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Ideal Candidate would have familiarity with Sprout Social or similar.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized
- 2 year degree
- 6 months- 1 year
