Job summary
Duties and Responsibilities:
Repair vending machines in the field and maintaining their efficiency by performing preventative maintenance.
Prep vending machines for install.
Install machines on site at customers
Train customers and employees on using the machines properly
Train Industrial Supply employees on trouble shooting and assist them in diagnosing problems while they are on location.
Perform installs as assigned and assist vending lead with other installs as needed.
Perform tech support duties
Preferred Qualifications:
Two years' experience in vending machine installs, repair and tech support.
Required Qualifications:
Has technical aptitude and is willing to learn.
Has transportation and willing to travel long distances when required and sometimes travel out of town and stay overnight.
Two years' experience in providing world-class customer service experience
Able to pass background test and drug screen.
A US citizen and able to provide proof of citizenship.
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift 50 lbs. regularly and sometimes more when needed including pushing and pulling heavy weight with ease.
Able to travel to customer sites and perform install and repair tasks.
