Position Summary

Concordia University is seeking student applicants for the position of Graduate Assistant in the E-Sports program. This part-time position will be located on the CUW Mequon, WI Campus. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and be a confirmed enrollee in a Concordia University graduate education program and in good academic standing.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with the daily operations of the Esports programs.
  • Work with the head coach to enhance community engagement, as well as social media platforms and discord server.
  • Assist with the development of policies and procedures for the varsity Esports program.
  • Oversee 2-3 Varsity Titles
  • Assist with the supervision of the eSports Facility.
  • Other duties as assigned by the E-sports Head Coach.

  • Demonstrates effective leadership, organizational skills, and is a self-starter
  • Exhibits a willingness and ability to work with diverse individuals and organizations
  • Able to deal with interruptions and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to present a professional manner
  • Candidates should possess strong written and oral communications skills
  • All candidates should possess an ability to meet deadline

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required
  • Enrollment in a Concordia University graduate education program required
  • Student must be in good academic standing
