Position Summary
Concordia University is seeking student applicants for the position of Graduate Assistant in the E-Sports program. This part-time position will be located on the CUW Mequon, WI Campus. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and be a confirmed enrollee in a Concordia University graduate education program and in good academic standing.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily operations of the Esports programs.
- Work with the head coach to enhance community engagement, as well as social media platforms and discord server.
- Assist with the development of policies and procedures for the varsity Esports program.
- Oversee 2-3 Varsity Titles
- Assist with the supervision of the eSports Facility.
- Other duties as assigned by the E-sports Head Coach.

- Exhibits a willingness and ability to work with diverse individuals and organizations
- Able to deal with interruptions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to present a professional manner
- Candidates should possess strong written and oral communications skills
- All candidates should possess an ability to meet deadline
- Supportive of the mission and values of Concordia University Wisconsin/Ann Arbor and the
Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree in a related field required
- Enrollment in a Concordia University graduate education program required
- Student must be in good academic standing
