Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $90,000 to $110,000 per year.
Job Description:
- Responsible for reviewing and posting of journal entries
- Monitors and reviews accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinates the preparation of regularly scheduled financial analysis
- Participates in audit activities for both internal and external auditors as needed
- Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects as necessary
Requirements: - Proficient with Microsoft applications
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to analyze and interpret more complex financial data and prepare financial reports and statement
Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
