Position Summary:


The Corporate IT Manager is a vital member of our client's team, responsible for overseeing the company's computer infrastructure and supervising the IT department. They will be responsible for upgrading and installing hardware and software, troubleshooting IT issues, and maintaining the company's networks and servers. Our client is seeking a Corporate IT Manager with extensive experience in IT Administration and the ability to optimize the performance of their IT infrastructure. An accomplished Corporate IT Manager will be someone whose technical expertise results in enhanced IT system efficiency across the company's structures.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
  • Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
  • Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
  • Creating user accounts and performing access control.
  • Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
  • Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
  • Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
  • Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
  • Supervising and mentoring IT department employees and providing IT support.
  • Keeping up-to-date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients and senior management.
  • All other duties, as assigned by client managers, and contribute to clients' proposal activities.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired
  • Minimum 5 years of extensive experience with IT Systems, networks, and related technologies
  • Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
  • Ability to succeed in a dynamic environment and produce deliverables within tight timeframes and under pressure.
  • Proficient with consulting and technical tools (MS Office Suite, analytics, etc.)
