- Handle personnel action forms with confidentiality
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve payroll-related issues
- Assist with quarterly and annual audits
- Conduct payroll time sheet audits and resolve discrepancies
- Manage manual checks, wage garnishments, and government reporting
- Stay abreast of state and federal wage and hour laws
- Reconcile payroll data and respond to inquiries promptly
Requirements:
- Degree preferred or equivalent experience in payroll processing
- Proficiency in leading payroll platforms (confidential)
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and filters
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-departmentally
