This Legal Secretary will be instrumental in managing legal documentation, supporting attorneys, and maintaining efficient office operations. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities within the legal industry and requires someone who is adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the management of legal documents and ensure they are properly organized and easily accessible
Provide support for 2-3 attorneys, including managing overflow work
Download and organize documents from various sources such as Pacer, Courts, and other parties
Handle E-filing in Federal and State Courts, ensuring all documents are submitted correctly and on time
Manage calendars and track deadlines to ensure all tasks and obligations are met
Draft correspondence and legal documents as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Utilize LexisNexis, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and other relevant software to perform various tasks efficiently
Use management systems to keep track of legal cases and client information
Conduct billing functions and other administrative tasks as required
Assist with briefing, dictation, and other legal assistant duties as needed
Handle court filings, ensuring all legal documents are submitted properly and on time.
