Full Stack Python Developer
A premier hedge fund is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join their team. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Algo, Business Development, Middle Office, and Trading Tech to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications, ensuring high-quality code that meets both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Design user-friendly interfaces that enhance usability and accessibility for end-users.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize existing infrastructure and proposing innovative solutions.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing updates on project status, feasibility, and timelines.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and contributing to a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively incorporating new tools and best practices into our development process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of software development experience.
- Python programming, with at least 3 years of practical experience.
- Javascript/Typescript, with a focus on modern web frameworks such as React, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
- A bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
