Overview and Essential Functions If you have Document Management experience, great work ethic, and enjoy working with a team to support our mission, then we would be excited to have you apply for our position. This is a remote position available to candidates residing in the following states within the United States: California, Oregon, New Mexico, Nevada, and Washington. Pay: $20 - $22 per hour Responsibilities: Review documents for scanning submitted by various departments for accuracy and completeness. Scan documents for retention management. Maintain and update the document library. Assist in the maintenance of the document retention policy. Maintain a neat and orderly office environment. Qualifications Job Requirements: Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Must be a proactive, self-starter with a results-oriented focus. Initiative to research and solve problems. Work independently as well as in a team environment. Able to follow written and verbal instructions. Be proficient in the use of computers, office equipment, and office software.
