Administrative Assistant/Receptionist


Job Details

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Compile and enter client account data, details, and tasks in CRM
  • Manage and resolve client service problems
  • Assist advisors and clients accurately and efficiently with account paperwork
  • Serve as quality control point to ascertain that all paperwork, policies, and procedures for customer requests have been adhered to in accordance with all compliance requirements
  • Support with any administrative tasks, as directed
  • Additional projects and tasks as assigned.

  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle stress and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent attitude and client service orientation
  • Ethical, honest, high level of integrity and confidentiality

  • Strong attention to detail with extreme accuracy and high-quality work
