IGT seeks an Assembler II to contribute to the production of electronic gaming machines across various manufacturing areas, including Slot Machine, Sub-Assembly, Used Manufacturing, and Lottery. Ensuring efficiency and quality in assembly processes is crucial in this role, as the Assembler directly supports IGT's commitment to delivering exceptional products to its customers.
- Adhere to and follow detailed manufacturing process documentation.
- Perform assigned routine assembly tasks to enhance production efficiency.
- Assemble parts by bolting, clipping, screwing, and fastening.
- Use hand tools effectively in assembly operations.
- Detect and correct assembly and configuration errors.
- Identify and address deviations from standard procedures.
- Operate within well-defined production line procedures.
- Accurately document the completion of each production process.
- Escalate non-routine issues to senior team members for resolution.
Qualifications - Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English required.
- Must be able to stand for full shift.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Ability to use computer in reading build requirements.
- Ability to interpret and understand manufacturing process instructions.
- Ability to pass a security background investigation.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $18/hr - $19/hr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
