Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Talent Manager to lead our talent management initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR talent, including career development, establishing learning and development programs, branding, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management and a passion for fostering a culture of growth and development within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Design and facilitate career development programs to support employee growth and advancement.
  • Establish and manage learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of talent management initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Enhance employer branding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Monitor and analyze talent metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 + years of experience in talent management, career development, and learning and development.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay range- $75- $84k
