Job Description:Duties:The Customer Service Representative will play a critical role in verifying customer accounts and ensuring the validity of customer information. This position involves extensive use of Salesforce for vetting leads and managing customer data. The primary responsibilities include:
- Verify the authenticity and accuracy of customer accounts.
- Ensure that all customer information is valid and up-to-date.
- Utilize Salesforce extensively for vetting leads and managing customer records.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer information in Salesforce.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle external phone calls professionally and efficiently.
Experience/Skills Required: - Possesses a strong background in customer service with a proven track record of providing excellent support to customers.
- Experience in handling external phone calls in a professional manner, demonstrating effective communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience using Salesforce for customer data management and lead vetting.
- Proficiency in navigating Salesforce and performing basic functions such as data entry and lead verification.
- At least 3 years of overall experience in customer service roles, demonstrating the ability to handle various customer inquiries and requests.
- This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of customer service and data accuracy.
