Job Details
We're seeking a compassionate and organized Fully Licensed Therapist who can practice independently for teletherapy who aligns with our mission. You'll actively listen to clients, offer guidance within our methodologies, and maintain healthy boundaries.
Requirements:
- Conduct 28 sessions per week (caseload of 31-32)
- Provide individual, couple, family, or group sessions
- Build positive client relationships
- Implement treatments effectively
- Maintain client records and billing information
- Adhere to HIPAA, HITECH Acts, and APA Code of Ethics
- Stay updated on industry trends and requirements
- Possess a Master s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work
- State licensure in LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist
- Proficiency with technology and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively
