Warehouse Supervisor Job Responsibilities: We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and assist in staging drivers out of our operations in Pennsauken Township, New Jersey. As a Warehouse Supervisor for Hailify, you will assist in the daily staging of drivers arriving at our south New Jersey warehouse each morning. You'll perform a critical function in owning the distribution of routed parcels to our drivers and fleet partners. A Warehouse Supervisor will:
- Oversee the arrival of routes and confirm inventory accuracy
- Dispatching routes to drivers
- Distribute sorted route bags to our fleet drivers
- Work closely with the Hailify Operations & Support teams to monitor driver performance and address shortfalls in performance
- Receive Undeliverable parcels from drivers and appropriately process
- Collaborate with additional warehouse staff
- Assist the operations team with fulfillment and quality control
- Escalate issues to the Field Ops Managers when necessary
- Work with basic functions within Hailify's backend software
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Shifts & Work Hours: Warehouse Supervisors are scheduled 2-3 days per week, including weekends, for approximately 20-25 hours a week to work shifts running from 5:30AM - 2PM
Compensation: Warehouse Supervisor are W2 employees with an hourly wage of $20/hr.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Reliability and a proven track record of dependability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Works well independently and has strong problem solving, time management, and organization skills.
- Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
