Assists in administration of Parking and Transportation Division; including assessing traffic flow, traffic safety, transportation and parking services, works to improve operations, implements policies and procedures.
Strong knowledge of planning and design of traffic flow, knowledge and experience in traffic signal operations and signal controller programming, traffic impact studies, traffic calming measures, complete streets concepts and designs, writing ordinances, public parking and transportation; familiar with intergovernmental relationships; strong communication, organization, supervisory, budgetary and administration skills. Salary range $76,967.25 $93,554.17.
