About the Job:
- Organize and clean supply rooms and restock kitchen/workrooms for 6 floors.
- Assist with general office services tasks.
- Process mail and run monthly reports; Maintain knowledge of the postal system.
- Provide top-notch customer service while supporting reception with backup coverage.
About You:
- 1+ years of previous experience working in an office environment.
- You are computer literate and tech savvy; proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is a plus!
- Written and verbal communication skills are your strengths!
- You have a working knowledge of copy machines; must be able to lift 40 lbs.
About the Assignment:
- Pays $20/hr
- Temporary for ~1-2 months
- Possibility to become a permanent employee.
- 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
