Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

  • Initiate and maintain communication with potential customers, focusing on nurturing relationships that have the potential to evolve into long-term partnerships
  • Emphasize relationship-building strategies that prioritize the longevity of connections over short-term gains.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, ensuring that our sales efforts prioritize their satisfaction over solely maximizing profits.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

Sustain

  • Utilize our CRM software, ensuring accurate data entry to build and maintain trust with our customers.
  • Record and update lead information transparently, fostering a foundation of trust in our relationships.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a distribution or similar industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and excellent data entry skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team while embodying our company values.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience s needs.
