We are a female-founded, family-owned beauty brand. Born in 2021 , PaintLab is revolutionizing the nail industry , we are a press-on nails brand that looks like you just left the salon. We are a small team working out of our DTLA office. You will be working alongside one other influencer coordinator in-office on our team and our social media team.
Position Overview:
We are in search of a passionate and dynamic Influencer Coordinator to join our Los Angeles team. The ideal candidate will be deeply immersed in the beauty space, possessing a profound understanding of trends, and a strong affinity for both established and emerging brands. This role is pivotal in expanding PaintLab's presence on platforms like TikTok and Instagram and leveraging influencer partnerships to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential influencer leads to join our program.
- Create and coordinate content with social influencers for paid and unpaid influencer marketing programs across various channels.
- Facilitate the management of affiliate marketing programs, optimizing partnerships for maximum impact.
- Organize and oversee influencer deliverables, ensuring punctual content creation and distribution.
- Oversee insights and data pertaining to our influencer campaigns
- Create gifting lists for all collection launches and campaigns
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the beauty influencer space.
- Extremely self-motivated and proactive.
- In depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized and great time management skills
- Outstanding project management skills
- Amazing interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Networking skills
- A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Flexible, adaptable, and ready to take on new projects outside of the day-to-day scope
- Genuine passion for beauty products, brands, and the evolving landscape of the industry.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in micro influencer marketing.
- Experience in affiliate marketing programs.
- Familiarity with creating content for social media platforms and willingness to represent the brands.
