Adecco is representing a new 270K SQ FT medical office that is looking for a Medical Facilities Property Manager to add to their team. This individual must have recent experience managing a medical office and assure the proper care, maintenance, compliance and budgeting are conducted in a professional manner.

Job Summary The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a newly acquired 270,000 square foot medical office property located near the Milwaukee airport. Their duties will include tenant relations, building maintenance, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws.

Skill Requirements Must-Have:

• Property Management experience with a focus on medical or commercial facilities.
• Knowledge of Milwaukee real estate market and regulations.
• Ability to manage large-scale properties (270K SQ FT).
• Experience working with Medical Office properties or tenants.
• Strong financial acumen for effective budgeting.

Preferred:

• Local to the Milwaukee area or willing to relocate.
• Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.

Skill Education

• Property Management: Involves the operation, control, maintenance, and oversight of real estate and physical property. This can include commercial, and land real estate.
