Job Description

Parfums Christian Dior is seeking for a result-driven conversion rate optimization senior manager to spearhead our efforts in elevating our US Online flagship. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving conversion optimization initiatives to propel our brand to new heights. Responsibilities include meticulous analysis of website performance, pinpointing conversion barriers, and implementing robust strategies to amplify user experience and bolster conversion rates. A profound grasp of eCommerce best practices, website analytics, and a keen understanding of user behavior analysis are essential for success in this role. This role is part of the US Ecommerce team and provides a unique opportunity to assume ownership of key business aspects for a renowned luxury beauty brand and contribute to impactful projects that shape our digital footprint.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

CRO Strategy & Insights Development:

  • Plan and execute comprehensive CRO strategies, leveraging data insights to identify and address conversion opportunities, presenting strategic recommendations to leadership to align CRO initiatives with overarching business objectives.
  • Design in-depth client journeys in alignment with Dior's premium brand ethos across devices, channels and over periods of time, optimizing for enhanced engagement, decreased frustration, and retention and new client acquisition uplifts.
  • Monitor and report on weekly & monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) pertaining to CRO, such as conversion rates, ROI, frustration scores, NPS and LTV, striving for ongoing enhancement of performance of sales and checkout funnels.
  • Establish and refine streamlined processes, governance models, and testing frameworks to efficiently scale CRO efforts.

A/B Testing:
  • Design and oversee the execution of A/B and multivariate tests, personalization strategies, and experimentation to optimize digital properties and measure the impact of changes on conversion rates. Refine ongoing testing as needed.
  • Interpret test results and iterate on strategies to achieve ongoing improvements.
  • Utilize A/B testing, user feedback, and analytics to inform and guide CRO initiatives.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Teamwork:
  • Forecast and react to market trends, ideating user journey optimization initiatives, prioritizing new features and functionalities working closely with Tech leads, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate CRO initiatives into the overall Ecommerce Roadmap.
  • Collaborate with E-merchandising and content teams to align CRO strategies and ensure cohesive and efficient execution of optimization strategies and A/B testing.

Research and Analysis:
  • Synthesize data from conducted in-depth analysis of user behavior, session replays, A/B testing results, and other relevant data to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRO.

Senior Director, Ecommerce

Qualifications
  • 5-7 years working in user experience design, data science, experimentation, digital product management, or similar eCommerce roles centered on insights-driven projects.
  • Proven track record in Conversion Rate Optimization, demonstrating expertise in enhancing conversion rates, ROAS, CPA, CAC, etc., particularly in direct response marketing.
  • Strong expertise and familiarity with key web analytics tools (e.g., Looker, GA4), web testing platforms (e.g., Content Square, Heap, Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely), and collaborative tools (e.g., Figma, Miro).
  • Expertise in A/B testing, multivariate testing, experimentation, data analysis, segmentation, personalization, and related areas.
  • Strong capabilities in research and analysis, including client decision journeys, competitive analysis, business differentiation and various research methodologies like heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, and user research.
  • Curious intuition coupled with a critical and creative eye with a bias towards action to move ideas into reality.
  • Passionate about Digital and E-Commerce with a client-first mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, positive and proactive approach, along with strong communication and follow-through skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and advocate for advanced testing and data-driven decision-making infrastructure, processes, and strategies in collaboration with departments within a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.

Additional Information

Hybrid schedule four days per week in office.

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $130,000.00 - $150,000.00.
