Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Assists with the scanning and digitizing of documents
  • Assists with the shredding and destroying of old or unnecessary documents
  • Updates contact information in organizational data base
  • Responds to emails and phone calls; responds to member inquiries
  • Supports Vice President with additional administrative duties


Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work diligently with little direction
  • Ability to be proactive and seek out new tasks
  • Office experience; Answering Phones and writing emails
  • Any prior experience using copiers and scanners nice to have
