Our success relies on a talented retail team who bring our values to life by helping people dress with creativity and confidence season after season and we now have a fantastic opportunity for an **Assistant Store Manager** to join us in our store in **Hereford** on a **32 hour permanent** contract.

If you are as passionate about our beautiful collections as we are and have the ability to provide a first class customer service experience then this is the job for you. You will need to be flexible and be available to work both weekdays and weekends.

**You'll help us by:**

* Assisting the store manager in driving store sales, maximising profitability, and achieving KPI targets and fulfil all management duties in their absence.

* Supporting the store manager in delivering commercial excellence and high standards of customer service.

* Acting as a brand ambassador and role model, promoting Seasalt key values and behaviours, in order for your team to embody these for the benefit of our customers.

* Supporting store manager with the training and development of the team to maximise their potential and create a culture that ensures the customer is at the centre of everything we do.

* Providing excellent customer service whether that is face to face or with our online customers via the use of technology.

* Managing the team in the Store Managers absence, ensuring that the same level of customer service is met.

* Completing and packing online orders and fulfilment.

Leading the way with exceptional retail skills, product knowledge and commercial know-how, your experience will be key as you exceed sales and KPI targets and maximise profitability .

You will comfortably take the reins and deputise any management duties to support the Store Manager to nurture the development of your team.
