The Tech 1 - Field Maintenance travels to drilling rig field locations to perform a variety of equipment service and maintenance activities. Activities include servicing, repairing, adjusting and testing equipment, documenting equipment condition and maintenance activities. Additional duties include training and mentoring crew on operational level maintenance, coordinating maintenance related projects on rigs, and providing appropriate feedback to the job site manager and maintenance management team. The Buyer will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing procurement and purchasing activities for an assigned Region. The role works closely with Operations, Supply Chain Category Management, Accounts Payable, warehouse, and shipping/receiving personnel to ensure that all requisition and purchase order procedures are followed and executed as required utilizing the Companys preferred vendor list and leveraging the Companys total spend. The position issues requisitions and purchase orders against established contract pricing or by sourcing goods or services, ensuring quoting procedures are followed, and negotiations are executed to facilitate best price and lead time opportunities. The role may also be responsible for issuing capital purchase orders and accurately track capital purchases. This position works under the direction of the Supply Chain Manager, Procurement. The Accounting Associate 2 will partner with the corporate accounting organization and business customers to provide functional support in various areas of accounting, which may include accounts receivables, accounts payables, invoice processing, and accrual processing associated with end of month reporting. Work is performed by applying knowledge of accounting terminology and using spreadsheets and/or department specific applications. This position works under the direction of the Accounting and Support Supervisor and/or Accounting and Support Manager. The Winch Truck Driver will be responsible for driving and operating a Winch Truck equipped with a single winch, to load and move frac tanks. Transport and unload oil field servicing or drilling equipment from and to various locations within the work area. This equipment is loaded and unloaded onto the truck with the use of the trucks mechanical winch. Winch Truck Drivers are also asked to assist crews during rig ups/rig downs, and other various shop duties. This position works under the direction of the Assistant Field Manager and/or Field Manager. The Field Maintenance Technician travels to drilling rig field locations to perform a variety of equipment service and maintenance activities. Activities include servicing, repairing, adjusting and testing equipment, documenting equipment condition and maintenance activities. Additional duties include training and mentoring crew on operational level maintenance, coordinating maintenance related projects on rigs, and providing appropriate feedback to the job site manager and maintenance management team. The Remote Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring service delivery of all MWD Operations, Field and Remote, as well as the accuracy of all data recorded from Field and Remote Operations. This includes working with MS Directional office and R&M personnel in locating and analyzing critical data needed and Assisting MWD Coordinators in ensuring MWD Field Personnel are adhering to MS Directional Policies and Best Practices for all aspects of the job. The MWD Relief Coordinator will assume the duties of an MWD Coordinator during times an assigned MWD Coordinator is not able to assume his/her duties due to PTO, extended meetings or time out of office. This position will also be responsible for the proper utilization of all MWD field personnel. This role will analyze weekly averages of hours worked, and days on/days off to ensure personnel are properly utilized based on management standards. This position will assist with forecasting personnel needs for upcoming projects by working closely with Operations to ensure proper availability of personnel when they are required. The MWD Relief Coordinator works under the direction of the MWD Operations Director. The Equipment Operator, Entry Level (Non-DOT) is responsible for working as one of the crew members assigned to the field in either cementing, fracturing, or other, as required. The candidate must demonstrate safe work habits, be able to follow directions and work well as part of a team. Major responsibilities include general maintenance and repair of pumping equipment and attachments and assisting in pumping activities. This position works under the direction of the Service Supervisor or other supervisor, as applicable. The Motorhands primary duty is to ensure that all equipment is operating and functioning properly and execute minor repair work on equipment. The Motorhand is responsible for the generators, equipment, and systems that power the rig and drilling activities. Additional responsibilities include off-loading materials, maintaining equipment, and assisting in rig up and rig down. The Motorhand works closely with and oversees Floorhands on the rig floor, assists the Derrickhand as needed, and assists the Driller in day-to-day operations. The Motorhand is responsible for the generators, equipment, and systems that power the rig and drilling activities. Additional responsibilities include off-loading materials, maintaining equipment, and assisting in rig up and rig down. The Motorhand works closely with and oversees Floorhands on the rig floor, assists the Derrickhand as needed, and assists the Driller in day-to-day operations. The Derrickhand is responsible for the mud systems. This includes measuring mud weight and viscosity, mixing chemicals, and maintaining mud pumps, shakers, and tanks. Other responsibilities include steadying pipe during connections/disconnections and guiding pipe into and out of elevators. The Derrickhand works closely with and oversees the Floorhands and Motorhand and works under the supervision of the Driller and assists in day-to-day operations. The Driller is responsible for monitoring well conditions and drilling parameters. Additional responsibilities include delegating tasks to Derrickhand, Motorhand, and Floorhands based on drilling activities. The Driller must be able to communicate with a variety of employees and third parties including Customer representatives and Directional Driller. The Driller is responsible for monitoring well conditions and drilling parameters.
