Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Law & Motion Attorney at Berman, Berman, Berman, Schneider & Lowary LLP. As a Law & Motion Attorney, you will be tasked with handling a variety of day-to-day tasks, including preparing pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, managing case files, attending court hearings and conferences, and providing legal advice and guidance to clients.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of corporate and insurance defense and coverage laws
• Ability to conduct comprehensive legal research
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California state bar and in good standing
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
