**Job Responsibilities:**
* Enter customer orders into the system accurately and completely
* Process payment to proper accounts
* Responsible for assisting with financing for the customers
* Responsible for security of cash and other legal tenders
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a timely and courteous manner
* Schedule deliveries that are convenient for the customers and comply with company procedures
* Maintain all open orders and courteously communicate status with customers
* Work daily reports according to Company requirements
* Assist with showroom displays, tagging, and other tasks as needed to help maintain a customer-friendly showroom in
* Assist Manager when needed
* Greet and engage customers with a smile uncovering their home furnishing needs and helping them make their design vision become a reality by providing world-class customer service and offering customers an unforgettable shopping experience
* Build rapport with clients, earning their business through your ability to demonstrate exceptional product knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent listening skills
* Develop and maintain a customer base through networking and client follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction before and after the sale
* Generating sales through *a low-pressure consultative approach.* H*elp* ensure a clean environment by maintaining merchandise
* Follow up with customers throughout the process and provide ETA on merchandise
* Generate self traffic through cold calls, contact lists, and unset invoices
* Attend required meetings
* Gain knowledge of policies and procedures
* Follow assigned work schedule
**As a Retail Sales Consultant, you must:**
* Have strong business acumen and excellent verbal and listening skills
* Solid knowledge and computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
* Strong cash handling skills and Ability to calculate figures (discounts, interest, commission, percentages, area, etc.)
* Strong interpersonal and human relations skills
* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to use sound judgment and decision making while effectively responding to common inquiries or complaints fromCustomers or vendors
* Be able to lift/ move up to 25 pounds, regularly
* Being bilingual is a plus
