Inova Staffing is searching for Warehouse Pickers/Packers for a client in Wadsworth, OH.
This is a full-time temp to hire position.
Pay: $15.50/hr
Shift: 6am-2:30pm M-F plus OT on occasion
Job Duties:
Pick items accurately from designated locations based on order sheets.
Pack orders securely and efficiently for safe transportation.
Conduct quality checks to ensure correct items and quantities are packed.
Assist with inventory management tasks, including restocking shelves and cycle counts.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
Possess a valid driver's license
Pass pre-employment drug and background screen
Have great attendance and punctuality
Positive, friendly attitude
Team-oriented mindset
Lift 50+lbs on occasion
Must be able to be on feet for entirety of shift as there is a LOT of walking involved
