Position Summary
Performs high and moderate complexity testing at a basic level.

- Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
Qualifications:QualificationsEducation - Associate's Degree in medical laboratory technology or
- Bachelor Degree in biological, chemical science Required
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities - Thorough knowledge of testing procedures and quality standards. Required
- Basic computer skills. Required
Licenses and Certifications - Medical Lab Technician (MLT-ASCP)/ Medical Technologist (MT-ASCP) or equivalent certification Required within one year of hire
Additional Licenses and Certifications - Specific CLIA '88 to perform complexity testing. Required
