Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Market Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, full P&L management, coaching and development, food safety, and customer satisfaction programs. This role requires someone with extensive restaurant industry experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all operational practices to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Lead staffing initiatives and ensure optimal team performance through coaching and development programs.
- Manage full P&L responsibilities and utilize business analytics to identify and address trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement brand initiatives and drive business growth.
- Develop and mentor operations teams to ensure a strong bench strength within the organization.
- Provide high-level operational and business insights to drive decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in restaurant operations.
- Mastery of restaurant P&L statements and financial reports.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively handle and resolve conflicts.
- Outstanding leadership and mentoring abilities.
