As an important member of the in-house creative department, the Berry Global Production Graphic Designer will work closely with production intake, operations, senior graphic designers, and videographer providing important design production through any creative project to meet our high standards and tight deadlines. Responsible for preparing and supporting the execution of a production design templates, this role is critical to moving brand strategy and business requests through the creative process with speed and brand alignment. As a Production Graphic Designer, you will have a strong background in graphic design. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design 1-3 years in a graphic design role Must thrive in fast-pace, team environment Enthusiastic, detail oriented, and well-organized Clear communicator. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Experience in Adobe Creative Suite products, such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, daily Responsibilities Design production graphics such as social media images or complete product data sheets, sell sheets and brochures Illustrates concepts by designing layout of art and copy elements based on brand design templates Utilize a wide range of media, including photography and computer aided design to assist with collateral updates including product brochures and other sales collateral, social and blog posts Prepares and submits all final concepts for approvals and revising/redesigning as needed Provide image retouching and additional image manipulation as needed Help prepare projects for creative production by finding, organizing and at times creating product images and renders. Help finish projects with pre-press and pre-flight formatting, collect, organize, proof, and upload files, having the ability to resolve any artwork issues that arise during production Work as a partner with project intake, graphic design manager, senior designers and clients to expedite the production of creative work Assist Creative Production Team Lead to provide creative inputs to designers assigned to projects.
