Insite Legal have partnered with one of the worlds largest Investment Banks on a Counsel role within their NYC HQ.
The firm in question are one of the largest Investment Banks globally and they are looking for an exceptional M&A attorney to join their team and work alongside one of their M&A divisions. You will get to work on some of the worlds largest transactions and work alongside a strong team all from similar backgrounds
The candidate must have Top30 AM Law firm experience and have a minimum of 3+ years experience across public or private M&A with a preference a NY state bar already being granted.
