Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and experienced Compliance Manager to join our team. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our company operates in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations
- Investigate compliance issues and develop corrective action plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance management or a similar role
- Thorough understanding of all relevant laws and regulations (e.g., BSA/AML, TCPA, CFPB, Reg F, Reg Z, OFAC)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- On-site role (no remote or hybrid structure)
