Brick Executive Search has partnered with an international beauty brand that is looking for a dedicated Digital Marketing Specialist to supports their D2C eCommerce business with a specialized focus on email marketing and copywriting. This is a multi-faceted, dynamic and evolving position that provides an opportunity for growth within a successful beauty brand to the right candidate.
This position is an integral part of the business and will have responsibilities that spans several departments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a small-team environment and prefer to manage several different responsibilities. This position works with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery by following specific project management and execution.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling and effective copy for marketing materials with a focus on emails and SMS. Other marketing initiatives will include website content, paid media, training guides, etc.
- Work closely with eCommerce Marketing Manager, Social Media manager and Creative team to ideate and create campaign assets.
- Manage the email calendar for both D2C and B2B businesses.
- Support the social media manager across all social channels including scheduling posts, replying to messages/comments and pulling reports.
- Provide reporting and analysis on eCommerce site and campaign KPIs
- Attend meetings/calls where appropriate and create meeting notes
- Traffic ads and other marketing assets (print/digital) to various outlets/publications

Skills
- Minimum 5 years of Digital Marketing experience, specifically copywriting and email marketing management
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Experience with Shopify
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Must be able to multitask and handle multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
