Brick Executive Search has partnered with an international beauty brand that is looking for a Director of ECommerce. The brand , launched in 2007 by a renowned plastic surgeon has become a global "go to " for both luxury and mass products that enahnce and bring stunning attention tho the lashes and eyebrows!
SUMMARY OF POSITION :
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Leading a Commercial team to build & deliver innovative, Omnichannel GTM plans that drive market leading e-com retail sales growth and penetration.
- Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand and Media to build Omni-Channel business plans.
- Owning the end-to-end P&L for key Pureplay accounts
- Partnering with internal Media teams and external Media agencies to optimize the return on investment of Retail Media budgets and optimize ratio of paid versus organic sell-out.
- Sharing e-commerce best practices and recommendations with local Market and Global colleagues.
- Identifying and delivering incremental consumption opportunities in partnership with key Sell-In stakeholders.
- Partnering with the Digital Content & Experience team to ensure best-in-class Customer Experience, enabled through optimization of Digital Shelf fundamentals.
- Partnering with internal and external function agencies to understand and KPIS and agencies used to measure e-Commerce fundamentals
- Leading social media, email, and SMS programming
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Deep knowledge of e-Commerce fundamentals and levers to drive Online Sales growth (Traffic, Conversion, AOV).
- Experience in leading teams with a growth mindset
- Highly commercial with experience owning P&L
- Strong project management skills
- Highly analytical with ability to influence with data
- Between 5-10 years E-Commerce experience
- Bachelor s degree
- Beauty Industry experience preferred
- Desired Behaviors of agility, collaboration, and bias for action.
