Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage with top-notch talent through various channels, including social media, networking, and industry events
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs across the recruitment industry
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior or Talent Acquisition Consultant within a Recruitment Agency is a must for this role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
