There are limited exceptions for those with specific religious or medical reasons.* **JOB SUMMARY** Supervises activities consistent with department goals and reports to the Director of IS Applications. The Supervisor has responsibility for day-to-day operation of the Solutions Delivery team in the Information Systems department which is responsible for the execution of projects within the health system for clinical, revenue cycle and business applications. This position provides leadership and direction on department matters to accomplish departmental objectives, assists with and recommends the department's capital and operating budgets and is responsible to operate within that budget. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Corporate Services. ICARE standards must be demonstrated. Adherence to Code of Conduct and other policies is required.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
* **Education/Training/Experience:**
* PREFERRED:
+ College Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Math/Computer Science.
+ A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Information Systems Management.
+ Experience in Hospital Management and/or Hospital Information Systems.
