The Role
Our client are looking for a R&D Manager to engage in strategic planning for international operations. You will be overseeing all Research & Development activities, including new and existing products. Leading teams to drive innovation and ensure compliance with regulations.
Duties
- Lead R&D department with direction and expertise.
- Ensure timely, budget-conscious project completion.
- Contribute strategic insights to product line management.
- Plan and budget for future product development needs.
- Manage departmental budget and oversee Design Control process.
- Facilitate training and provide necessary resources for project execution.
- Manage Intellectual Property in alignment with regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor s degree in a technical field; Master s or PhD preferred.
- Possess 8-10 years of R&D experience, including 3-5 years in leadership.
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead R&D teams effectively.
- Experience in end-to-end product development.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with design and development processes, including regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders.
