The Ingleside Hotel and Springs Water Park is looking for an experienced Banquet Manager with strong leadership, organizational, communication, and guest service skills to manage our busy Banquet Department and act as an overall Food and Beverage Operations Manager. You will execute the Hotel's banquet functions, which range from small business meetings to large conventions, galas, and weddings. You will also assist with operational support of bar/restaurant outlets. Requires prior banquet management experience. This is a salaried position that is part of our Hotel management team. This department leader oversees all aspects of the banquet operation including:
* Hire, train, schedule and supervise staff
* Ensure function meets all specifications as ordered, i.e. visual aid equipment, room set-up, food.
* Oversee preparation of meeting rooms and function areas.
* Supervise prior, during and after function to ensure timeliness and orderliness
* Manage the budget

**Experience**

**1 year:** Supervisory experience managing a team of 15 or more
**1 year:** Experience in a hotel or resort setting, managing conference services, food and beverage, bar service, and audio visual.
